At RIHOAS, we want you to feel confident and elegant in every piece you purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all RIHOAS tags still attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
